Iona to help set up Turkish tax system

Iona Technologies said it had been selected by leading IT consulting firm Global Forte to provide a version of its CORBA product that aims to integrate different computer systems on a major project commissioned by the Turkish finance ministry.

The project will allow Turkish citizens to submit their tax returns over the internet.
