€1.7m grant for seafood processing

The Government has announced details of a €1.7 million grant aid package that will underpin investment worth €7.3m in the seafood processing industry.

Eighteen seafood companies around the country, including 4 in Co Cork, will benefit from the package, which is supported by the Department of Communications, Marine and Natural Resources.
