‘C&C to report soft drink sales decline’

NCB Stockbrokers is forecasting that C&C - owner of Bulmers/ Magners, Ballygowan and Tayto - will report a decline in carbonated soft drink sales when it issues its pre-close 12-month trading update next month.

The decline should be offset by growth in its non-carbonated drinks portfolio. The main focus of C&C’s statement is likely to be the Magners cider brand roll-out in Britain.
