IWP yesterday was given shareholder approval to sell off its Skiffy Group for €28.1 million.

At an extraordinary general meeting in Dublin the board got the backing they required to try and further anchor the group into the future.

But the travails of the group subjected to a failed management buy out last year are far from over.
