Irish Nationwide's sterling bond

IRISH Nationwide Building Society plans to issue a senior benchmark sterling-denominated bond, lead manager BNP Paribas said on Thursday.

The deal will be launched following a series of investor meetings in Britain, the bank said.

Irish Nationwide is rated A3 by Moody's Investors Service and A- by Standard & Poor's.
