Spain repeats its growth forecast

The Spanish government reiterated its forecast for economic growth of 2.8% this year and 3% next year, saying the oil price surge will have a limited impact.

It also maintained its scenario of an average oil price of $33.5 per barrel for 2005. An increase of $3 over that would add 0.1 percentage point to the inflation rate.
