€175m price tag on Friends United

FRIENDS REUNITED, the internet site that aims to allow old friends to re-establish contact, could soon be up for sale with a price tag of £120 million (€175m), according to weekend reports.

The company had appointed advisers to review its options, which included a trade sale or the sale of a strategic stake.

The website has over 10 million registered members £4.6m (€6.6m) last year on sales of £8.8m (€12.7m).
