George McCormack, managing director of specialist recruitment company Financial Directions, talks to David Clerkin.

Tell us about the company.

We started out a year ago. We’ve 14 people, of whom 10 are recruitment consultants and specialise in placing people with accountancy and financial skills. We work with around 80% of companies based in the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) and have helped to find staff for some major shared services centres around the country.
