Bank pays €116m for park interest

Bank of Ireland Private Banking has splashed out £78.8 million (€116 million) on a 50% interest in a major London shopping park.

Gallions Reach Shopping Park opened last year and contains 34 retail and food units, with total floor space of 209,000 square feet.

The centre is in east London.
