Fexco in BNP Paribas deal

Kerry-based payments company Fexco has bought the Irish asset finance business of French banking giant BNP Paribas for an undisclosed sum. Industry sources suggest a €7 million price tag.

The firm, which concentrates on small and medium ticket leasing and hire purchase, will be renamed Fexco Asset Finance following the deal.

It has offices in Dublin and Limerick and provides finance directly to clients or through suppliers of cars or equipment.
