Finance minister Paschal Donohoe believes Ireland’s financial services industry needs a new strategy and has launched a consultation paper, ‘Ireland for Finance Strategy 2026-2030’.
In introducing it, the minister coined a new catchphrase, the Four Ds — deglobalisation, digitalisation, decarbonisation, and demographics.
