No happy ending, just more twists and turns

THE latest assessment of the economy from the Central Bank doesn’t give a lot to cheer about.

At least it has said that the economy will move into growth around mid-year, all things being equal.

But the level of growth expected is very modest and will not be enough to pull us out of recession for the calendar year of 2010.
