After the meeting chief executive Philip Lynch took to the podium and gave an impressive presentation to his co-op and other equity stakeholders while taking the opportunity to let the assembled gathering know that property developer Bernard McNamara was one of 400 private investors to have bought into One51 over the past 12 months.

On the battle for ICG he was most enlightening.
