Dingle 0-20 - 0-9 An Ghaeltacht

Dingle secured their 17th West Kerry SFC title with this easier than expected win over arch-rivals An Ghaeltacht in Pairc an Ághasaigh.

The losers were without Rob O Sé, PJ Mac Láimh, Rúairí Ó Beaglaíoch, Cian Ó Murchú, and Dara Ó Sé and struggled in the absence of such key men.

Dingle led by 0-9 to 0-6 at the interval thanks chiefly to some wonderful forward play from Conor and Paul Geaney.

An Ghaeltacht recovered in the second quarter with Éanna Ó Conchúir and Óigí O Sé to the fore. Dingle scored nine points within 13 minutes of the restart to finish this game as a contest with Matthew Flaherty, All-Star Tom ‘Sean’ O’Sullivan, and Barry O’Sullivan all impressing for the winners.
