Teachers 'raging at the Government' over pay and bureaucracy

Update 10pm: Teachers meeting in Kerry say they are 'raging at the Government' over pay and bureaucracy.

During his opening address at the INTO Annual Congress, President John Boyle said teachers are resentful of the two tier pay salary system in staff rooms - where a 2017 entrant is set to earn €56,000 less than a teacher there since 2010.
