Watch: Ukrainian market vendor hunted by drone

An Ukrainian man was chased by a Russian drone at a market in the Mykolaiv region Tuesday, 4 August

The Ukrainian authorities have reported that the man survived but suffered from blast injuries, shrapnel wounds and a concussion. 

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha described the attack as a war crime as Russia repeatedly denies intentionally targeting civilians.
