Fire in Fontainebleau forest south of Paris prompts evacuations

A fire raging in the Fontainebleau forest south of Paris has prompted evacuations of some residential areas and disrupted train and highway traffic.

It is among several wildfires raging in western European countries as the region bakes under its third red-alert heat wave this year.
