Israeli air strike on Gaza residential building kills at least 23

At least 23 people have been killed after an Israeli aircraft struck a residential block in war-ravaged northern Gaza on Wednesday, health officials said.

The Al-Ahly hospital said those killed included eight women and eight children. The territory’s Health Ministry confirmed the figures.
