Pope has good night’s rest after overcoming setback in respiratory crisis

Pope Francis has had a good night’s rest after apparently overcoming a setback in his recovery from pneumonia.

He is stable, off mechanical ventilation and shows no sign of new infection after a respiratory crisis late last week, doctors said on Monday morning.
