Kamala Harris praises Joe Biden in first public remarks since president's withdrawal

Vice President Kamala Harris has praised outgoing US president Joe Biden in her first public remarks since he dropped out of the presidential race and endorsed her.

"Joe Biden's legacy of accomplishments over the past three years is unmatched in modern history," she said at the White House.
