North Korean leader’s teenage daughter ‘can be viewed as his heir’

South Korea’s spy agency has said it is fair to view the teenage daughter of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un as his heir.

The decision is the strongest assessment yet on the rising political status of the girl who could extend her family’s rule into a fourth generation.
