Russian missle strike on Kyiv children's hospital 'a war crime' — Taoiseach

Tánaiste and foreign affairs minister Micheál Martin said he was appalled at the attack

The Taoiseach has called Russia's missile attack, which killed at least 28 people, and badly damaged the main children's hospital in Kyiv "a war crime".

The attack also injured almost 100 people across Ukraine, officials said.
