Nine-year-old girl screamed ‘Mum, I’m scared!’ just before being shot dead, jury told

Nine-year-old Olivia Pratt-Korbel was fatally shot at her home in Kingsheath Avenue, Knotty Ash, Liverpool. 

A nine-year-old girl screamed “Mum, I’m scared!” seconds before she was shot dead in her own home, a jury in England has heard.

Olivia Pratt-Korbel was standing on the stairs behind her mother, Cheryl Korbel, 46, when she was hit in the chest by a bullet fired by alleged gunman Thomas Cashman, Manchester Crown Court was told.
