Fiona brings hurricane winds to Turks and Caicos Islands

Hurricane Fiona is raking the Turks and Caicos Islands as a Category 3 storm after devastating Puerto Rico.

Hurricane conditions are slamming Grand Turk, the British territory’s capital island, after the government imposed a curfew and urged people to flee flood-prone areas.
