Mysterious monolith discovered in Utah desert disappears

A mysterious monolith that had left onlookers baffled has disappeared from the spot where it was discovered in the Utah desert.

The structure was originally spotted on November 18 by state officials who were helping to count sheep from a helicopter, although how it got there remained unclear.
