US Elections: Biden flips Michigan while Trump threatens legal action

9.30pm: Michigan has become the second state to flip from the 2016 election, with Joe Biden projected to win, securing 16 further electoral votes.

The former vice president now has 253 votes, only needing to secure a further 17 to win the presidency.
