Death row inmate told he must choose between electric chair and lethal injection
A US death row inmate faces a Tuesday afternoon deadline to inform prison officials whether he wants to be executed by lethal injection or electrocution.
David Earl Miller, in prison in the US state of Tennessee, is scheduled to die on December 6 for the 1981 murder of 23-year-old Lee Standifer in Knoxville.
