Police film lorry driver checking phone while resting foot on the dashboard

Shocking footage has been released showing a lorry driver in England checking his mobile phone while resting his right foot on the dashboard.

The driver was caught on camera by Humberside Police as he was travelling from the M18 onto the M62 near Goole.
