Court hears woman ’encouraged driver to run over pedestrians’

A woman car passenger encouraged a male driver to mow down a group of pedestrians, a court heard.

Norfolk Police released CCTV footage of the hit-and-run incident earlier this year, which shows a car driving at a group of three pedestrians, striking one man and throwing him in the air.
