Police arrest man after three-year-old girl carried off at supermarket

A man has been arrested after a young girl was carried off by a stranger at a supermarket in England.

The three-year-old was plucked from the moving walkway in a "distressing" incident at a Morrisons store on Railway Road in Blackburn on Thursday, Lancashire Police said.
