Driver arrested after dying hit-and-run victim ignored on busy street

A delivery driver has been arrested over the death of a man who was ignored by a stream of cars, motorcycles and pedestrians as he lay dying in a New Delhi street, reports said.

Closed-circuit TV showed the man being hit by a small truck as he walked along the side of the road.
