Hillary Clinton should be seen as 'founder of Isis', Donald Trump claims

Donald Trump has suggested that US presidential rival Hillary Clinton should be recognised as the founder of Islamic State.

Mr Trump made the remarks in Florida on Wednesday as he denounced US foreign policy while Democrat Ms Clinton was secretary of state.
