Boy of 12 among four on murder charge after town centre assault in the UK

A 12-year-old boy is among four people charged with murder after the death of a man who was assaulted in a town centre.

The boys - aged 12, 16, 16 and 17 - who cannot be named for legal reasons, will appear at Oldham Magistrates' Court on Monday, Greater Manchester Police said.
