'Blue collar' pincer movement underway as Tory rivals move to stop Boris

The Tory race to be the next British Prime Minister has begun in earnest as senior figures threw their weight behind Boris Johnson and Cabinet minister Stephen Crabb prepared to formally launch his rival campaign.

The UK's Work and Pensions Secretary and Business Secretary Sajid Javid have teamed up in what Mr Crabb dubbed a "blue collar ticket" to take on Mr Johnson.
