200 killed in attack on 'Islamic State' positions

Turkish artillery have attacked Islamic State positions in Iraq and Syria in retaliation for the suicide bombing in Istanbul which killed 10 tourists, Turkey's Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said.
