Fraudster who targets women on dating sites is on the run

A fraudster who pretends to be terminally ill and a millionaire to target women on dating sites is on the run after being recalled to prison.

Christopher Matt, 29, is wanted by police after failing to comply with his licence following a 2014 sexual assault and fraud conviction.
