Reeva Steenkamp's family welcome decision to upscale Oscar Pistorius' conviction

Reeva Steenkamp's family have welcomed a decision to upscale Oscar Pistorius' manslaughter conviction to murder.

The athlete faces being sent back to prison for 15 years, after an appeal judge ruled the original verdict for killing his girlfriend was "flawed".
