Authorities in Iowa have brought new charges against a former lottery security officer who rigged a game so he could win a $14m (€12m) jackpot.

Iowa Lottery and Department of Public Safety said Eddie Tipton had been charged with ongoing criminal conduct over the tampering of lottery equipment so his brother and a friend could win prizes in Colorado and Wisconsin.
