Oscar Pistorius' rights being undermined, say family

Oscar Pistorius’s family say the South African athlete’s rights are being “undermined” by delays in deciding whether he should be released from jail and moved to house arrest.

Speaking out for the first time over the drawn-out saga of Pistorius’s release, his family said in a statement that they are “disconcerted by the constant delays”.
