Police hunt man suspected of stabbing 6-yr-old sister, mum and partner
Police continue to hunt a man suspected of stabbing to death his six-year-old sister, their mother and her partner.
Comic-book fan Jed Allen, 21, has posted pictures of himself on social media posing as blade-wielding X-Men character Wolverine.
Armed police officers are scouring Didcot, Oxfordshire in England, and its surrounding areas, after the bodies of Philip Howard, 44, Janet Jordon, 48, and daughter Derin were discovered in a house in Vicarage Road just after 8.20pm on Saturday, following a call from a member of the public.
A cousin of Allen has urged him to give himself up to police.
Tyler Clarke told The Sun: âNo one can believe what has happened. The first thing I knew about it was when I saw it on the news. We just want to know why. But only Jed knows what has happened.
âIf we could send a message to Jed it would be, âGive yourself upâ.â

Allenâs Instagram profile, which is named Mr Meat Tank, reveals his interest in bodybuilding and comic book characters.
Speaking at a press briefing, Detective Superintendent Chris Ward from Thames Valley Police warned the public not to approach Allen and described the incident as a âtragic and sad eventâ.
Allen has a distinctive spider tattoo on his left hand and is described as white and of large build. Mr Ward emphasised the need to find him as soon as possible.
As news of the tragedy began to spread, people could be seen visiting the scene and leaving floral tributes.
A yellow teddy bear was also placed just inside the cordon, and a hand-written tribute was attached to a bunch of flowers.
Part of it read: âTo my best friend, my soul mate, Jan, Dezzy and my anorexic Phil and my gorgeous Jed.
âYou are my family and always will be. I will miss you all each day ... You have all left a massive void in my heart which will never be filled. I love you all so much, Jan, Phil and my Dezzy Doo.â
Ms Jordonâs former landlady in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, revealed that a young Allen loved his mother, and although she loved him too, her real love was alcohol.
Jane Ilott, 68, who used to be Ms Jordonâs landlady, said: âI didnât know Jed as a 6ft man, I know him as a little fella who was really struggling.
âHe absolutely loved his mum and she him, but she didnât know. Drink was Janâs real love but she did love Jed.â
Describing Ms Jordon as âbeautifulâ and âabsolutely crackingâ, Ms Ilott said: âShe shouldnât have been a mum (but) she wasnât a bad woman - she just was an alcoholic.â
The pensioner explained that her 48-year-old former tenant was not the kind of person that you got to know well and that she moved into one of her houses in Bicester before moving to Didcot.
Although Allen â who was previously known to police â is not considered a danger to the wider community, the public should not approach him and instead contact the authorities.
Mr Ward said: âIn relation to the search for the suspect, we are still carrying out a number of searches. Some of those searches are with armed officers, there is a very small number of armed officers who are assisting with that search.
âThatâs purely for the safety of the searching officers.â
Sheila Welch, who lives in Vicarage Road, said that although she did not know the family, they always looked âhappyâ and were a âa lovely mother and a little girlâ.
As more than 100 police officers hunted for the suspect, Oxford University Parks â where Allen worked as a groundsman â were closed.
Post-mortem examinations of the victims are expected to continue today.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police immediately via 101.
