Two sent to prison for stealing dying man's phone

Two thugs who stole a dying man’s mobile phone as he lay unconscious in a street in England have been jailed.

The 22-year-old victim had fallen and when Dale Walker and Scott Stephenson returned to him 30 minutes later, instead of calling for help, they took his iPhone.
