Gove back as UK Justice Secretary after reshuffle

Michael Gove has made a dramatic return to the top of government as the UK Justice Secretary and Lord Chancellor.

David Cameron confirmed that he will replace Chris Grayling, who becomes Leader of the House of Commons.
