Typhoon Hagupit set to hit Philippines

Typhoon Hagupit is on course to make landfall in the Eastern and Northern Samar provinces of The Philippines this evening.

It is expected to be the strongest typhoon to hit the country since Haiyan killed over 6,000 and displaced more than 4m people last November.
