Landscaper killed by bee swarm

A landscaper has died and another is critically ill after the men were attacked by thousands of swarming bees in southern Arizona.

Douglas Fire Department said the incident happened at about 10.30am local time as the pair were working on a home.

One of the men later died in hospital.

A hive was found inside the home’s loft and a beekeeper later destroyed it after parts of the roof were torn off.
