Massive fire breaks out near Dutch chemical plant

A major fire has broken out at a chemical plant operated by oil giant Royal Dutch Shell near the Netherlands port city of Rotterdam.

The Security Region Central and Western Brabant said nobody was missing in the fire that began last night in the town of Moerdijk.
