Pilot's flight simulator examined; pilots did not ask to fly together on day plane vanished

Malaysian authorities are examining a flight simulator taken from the home of the pilot of the missing Malaysia Airlines plane.

The move came after it was established that whoever flew off with the Boeing 777 had intimate knowledge of the cockpit and knew how to avoid detection when navigating around Asia.
