Some guys have all the luck and Joseph Palmarchuk’s bank account is bulging, thanks to two million-dollar lottery wins.

Mr Palmarchuk won a $1.35m (€1m) lottery jackpot on Wednesday in Michigan’s Classic Lotto 47 game.
