I was drunk, admits murder-rant mayor

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford says he is “embarrassed” after a new video surfaced showing him in a rambling rage, threatening to “murder” someone.

Moments after the video was posted online, the mayor told reporters that he was “extremely, extremely inebriated” in it.
