Authorities have arrested a third senior US Navy officer in connection with a massive bribery scheme in Asia involving prostitutes and luxury travel.

Cmdr.Jose Luis Sanchez was arrested in Tampa, Florida. In a criminal complaint he is accused of accepting prostitutes, $100,000 in cash and other bribes from Leonard Francis, the boss of Singapore-based Glenn Defence Marine Asia.
