Two men are believed to have been killed in a drive-by shooting outside an office of the far-right, Nazi-inspired Golden Dawn party in Athens, Greek police have said.

A party statement said two men, aged 20 and 23, were shot dead in the attack and a third man was injured.

A police official said the men were shot by two men on a motorcycle in the Iraklio area of the capital.

It was unclear whether the victims were Golden Dawn members.

No arrests have been made.

Golden Dawn’s leader and two politicians have been jailed pending trial on charges of forming a criminal group. The party has denied any wrongdoing.
